I don't know if by "Now works with GMail" you meant with the message composition box or the login, but it doesn't work in the compose box.

i think you should separate ctrl+enter submitting and Unicode things. Not that i can not change myself though.

I think you might want to change the "//unput" XPath bit to "//input". (These things happen.)

good idea, haven't tested it yet though. thought about writing something like this myself today, but you did it for me. better for me :)
