Small update: more refactoring and performance tweak, as now only the links inside the central div are processed.

Another quick update, added more character handling and some refactoring, plus now collaborated remixes are split into links for both collaborators.

Updated this to a much smarter version that can deal with special characters in arranger names. Generally names are truncated to the first punctuation character and this works OK. In some cases it produces ambiguous searches, must most arrangers are searched properly.
