I went back and forth on deciding to either re-style the notice or remove it completely. I ended up choosing to re-style it, as I couldn't be completely sure that they wouldn't update the text in the notice box eventually. I figured this way a user can still be aware of the various notices they may post, without having to suffer the giant red bar screaming at them.

I just use a script to completely block the notice...

Same thing it does in my Web Styler
