update: Goon Notes now show up on member profile pages too.

This is meant to emulate some add-on called "Goon Stickits" which i've never used and hardly heard of. Basically, it does what it says on the box: there's a link that says "Goon Note" and when you click on it you can set a note, then that note shows up in the profilelinks bit under that user's posts.
