i think you should delete this script or make it so that it requires the USER to click (but still goes to next website 5 seconds after thank you page is loaded)

Hi everyone!

I have found the reason why this script has stopped working, it is because of a very minor change to the website. However, when finding the change, I found this written underneath in a HTML comment:

<!--# Dear Web Robot Author,
++++#
++++# We appreciate that you want to help the world by writing
++++# a program that clicks the button. But it is not that simple.
++++# If it were that simple then we'd do it. The money we raise
++++# for our causes comes from our sponsors who enjoy both
++++# helping the causes and the benefit of our visitors' consideration.
++++# It all comes down to conversion rates. A certain number
++++# of our visitors who see the sponsors will click the ad
++++# and then a certain number of those who click the ads will take other
++++# actions on the sponsor's sites. Robots hurt our conversion rates
++++# and make our clicks less valuable... We want to keep our
++++# sponsors' advertising dollars here where they help the causes.
++++# By writing bots that click the button you just make our
++++# sponsors consider other websites where the conversion rates
++++# might be better. If you want to help here are a couple ideas:
++++#
++++# 1. Tell people. Send an email, e-card, voice mail, postcard, smoke signals,... to people you know.
++++#
++++# 2. Link to our sites. The traffic we get from Google because of rank really makes a big difference!
++++#
++++# We do appreciate the thought and we certainly appreciate your support!

I could quite easily publish a script update - however, I don't think if it's a good idea? Especially as they've asked so politely! What do you guys think?

doesn't work anymore... says "error"
the clicking mechanism basically doesn't work.
still goes to the next site AFTER click has been counted.

@David O'Connor
Yeah, I have absolutely no problem at all with that - go right ahead! It'd be cool if you could post a link here of your program once you have made it though! :D

AWESOME! Finally someone made this! Thank youu!

And it would be free, open-source and all.

Exactly the same, except it would automatically load the sites when I start my computer

Thanks! Yeah, I think it would be fine to use it in a program, what sort of program were you thinking of?

This is great! Can I use it in a program?
