znerp, could yo do a similar script for www.mercadolibre.com ?

"Item title on its own row" is the only issue so far;

Because I always had it enabled.

@dpfox: Thanks for your comments, unfortunately I don't have time to look in depth at your issues at the moment. It will likely be a day or two before I can do this. It's working fine for me at the moment (unless I go for the "Item title on its own row" option you've pointed out), but I don't know why the script would not work for you at all. If this is the general consensus though, I will happily simply remove the script as it's not worth my time to fix; I made this primarily as a tool for myself anyhow.

Found a bug(!)

if you have "Item on Its Row" display option enabled, under "Customize" dispay options menu;

THEN the script won't work

I ran another search, don't see script doing any job.

Although greasemonkey shows it is active

@dpfox: Thanks for your comment. I tried the script on the link you posted, and it seemed to be mostly working. I could see the plus icons, and they mostly work. I've made some changes so that they all work, and the comparison is now done purely on the items title.

If you still see no results, can you please confirm that the script is properly installed and running on the page you're searching on.

I did not see the results filtered or any +/- button
