Updated: fix for new url pattern of craigslist which broke the script.

Removed StumbleUpon icon from top.
On top added submit url links to facebook, stumbleupon, digg and del.icio.us

Now it shows reviews of many more car models than before.

updated script. Now it works on craigslist.ca sites also. Before it worked only on craigslist.org sites.

Now it shows StumbleUpon comments/page at bottom if someone has reviewed/commented on the particular craigslist car ad.
StumbleUpon content is not shown if there is no StumbleUpon comment for the visited page.
