Try my Netflix Queue Sorter script, which has a randomize function: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/35183
Be sure to look at the known issues too.

04/15 - Doesn't seem to work. I installed it, refreshed my Queue page, no button. I'm looking for an improvement over Netflix Randomize Queue which has an awful randomize function. Anyone else tested this?
