This error occurs from second and more pages
I see the duplicate roller in first page into google.ru & google.com
But from second page i don't see a duplicate roller into both sites
So it's not problem of a locale google sites...

In Russian google.ru i see a following error in JS:
Error: td is null

And there i don't see a duplicate scroller
