This looks bad; even the quicklist [+] buttons get grayed out.

hi
new user
installed this today - youtube looked x20 better

..then it disappeared..i tried reinstalling it
but it says file already exists..

Greasemonkey doesnt show it so i cant uninstall it
to try again..

help im stuck
