This is a great script, and I enjoy it very much, however, there seems to be an extra little bit of the header blocks underneath my right-hand columns (circled in yellow in the link).
Any ideas? Also, forgive my lack of technical terminology.
Thanks!

Cool script. Although myspace has done some code updating and InsaneNinjas scripts are about all halfway broke, think yours and his both need some updating eh?

So there seems to be this new part that i cannot move. It doesn't have a div id, and that is the only way i know to make the different parts moveable with this script.

Here is the part i'm taking about:
http://i35.tinypic.com/2ep2brq.jpg

The "create and manage your own playlists on Myspace Music" thing.

It is small, but it is annoying because it pushes what is below it down so that they're not lined up.

Anyone know how to deal with that?

I have a quick question for anyone reading this
when i use this script every div on the right column has some bottom padding or margin added to the title of each div. At times the top of the 3 columns do not align correctly
I was just wondering if there is a way to fix this
look at the pic below to see what i'm talking about.
http://i37.tinypic.com/25i2c91.jpg

my settings so far are

RESIZE_TYPE = 0;
FULL_TOP_ROW = "";
LEFT_COLUMN = "ABC";
CENTER_COLUMN = "I";
RIGHT_COLUMN = "FH";
FULL_BOTTOM_ROW = "";

SHOW_HAU_SETTINGS = 1;

default159,
Nice to know it worked...
Glad to help.

default159 User

kool...ty Dink, good as new now

Dink Scriptwright

OK, I figured it out!!......
You need to add these values into the script where you see similar values...
The letter "O" represents the new page element....

So add this one into the top part of the script:
O Marketingbox

And add this one in the lower part, where you see similar code:
piece['O'] = $('marketingbox');

That got rid of that nasty page element for me!!
Hope I've explained it well enough!!

I Don't have the same new sections as default159, But I do have a new block titled "MySpace Music"
Actually after refreshing my homepage sevral times I noticed that the block has random content.
It's the top block in the right column ( I'm using the 3 column view )
I'd love to be able to get rid of that damn block!!
Looking forward to an updated version of this script!!

I think this just showed up, but its annoying. There is a new section that i cant get rid of....it's called like "primetime" and "myspace celebs"
If you could upadte this to get rid of those ....That would be GREAT!

hey i was wondering whether you can shrink the top div so that i can have the profile info centered, without being stretched like i have at the moment.. i tried resizing it myself but im still in the very basics of JS at the moment.. so any help would be much appreciated, but its cool if it has to stay that size anyways.
thanx in advance

Alan Smith User

super script as always
I changed one of the resize types to better suit me, my screen is 1440x900
GM_addStyle('#col1 {width:310px !important;}');
GM_addStyle('#col2 {width:500px !important;}');
GM_addStyle('#col3 {width:450px !important;}');
GM_addStyle('#main {width:1310px !important;}');
GM_addStyle('#wrap {width:100% !important;}');
break;

I like the left column to be a little bigger, so I can put my friendspace there and it makes 2 columns of friends

Might not be very logical for a lot of people but I figured I'd post it up here in case someone was interested in using it. I originally had it alot wider but I decided I liked seeing the dripping icecream in the background

I wish there was an option to scale down "N" to fit in left column after "BAZ"

nathaniel_hi... Scriptwright

great script. I wish there would be an option to let stay the search bar.
Why? Because looking for bands (to find new profile songs) is the easiest way up there ;)

meganne User

whenever i used this script, it stretched my friend table out,
making it so only three people could be on a line.
why is this?

kidkilowatt User

cool it works, thanx alot..

Seifer Script's Author

@kidkilowatt
That's all I needed.

Before line 209

// Create top and bottom rows

Add this

GM_addStyle('#wrap { min-height:0px !important; }');

That should fix it.

@Victor: If you are using Windows, when the Browse.. window appears, navigate to C:/Windows/notepad. Then every time you edit a script, it will open in Notepad.

Victor Ly User

After the script is installed, how do I "open it with any text editor?" I am completely lost. Thanks.
