it's div id="RadAd_SMC600" class="BorderContainerOutline cRadAds" which has an iframe: src="about:blank" name="dapIfM1" id="dapIfM1" inside it.

I've had a quick look at the code, and can't seem to figure out where it is, I think it might be and iframe

It's after sending a message, when the 'Your message has been sent to the following recipients:' is shown.
Here's a piccy of what's happening to me

Works well, and solves the problem of Adblock and Hotmail :)

It's probably a UK-only add, and it appears after sending a message (on the right)

The only problem i had with this script was the scroll bar at the bottom. I had to set the width to 99% from 100% to get rid of it.
