Great script. A few requests. Is it possible to add in Return Touchdowns, 2pt conversions, and the yardage for the field goals to the stats? I read the note about the Defense stats. From what I seen it only shows the stats of the players that are on your team. Is it not possible to have it list the stats of the players on the that defense? If not possible thats cool. Thanks for all the hard work on this. I use these stats for the excel sheet I created to show how many points I have during my matchup.

The button doesn't show up on the league or matchup page. You have to click on your team to look at your roster. Then you'll see a link for freebie stats.

Awesome stuff...All of these leagues that do not offer free live stats should be ashamed (the NFL too). Trying to bleed every penny that they can from all the people that they attract to their sites is shameful and beside the fact that they pump the users full of their advertisements anyway. GOOD GAME MAN!!

I still can't get it to work. I just get prompted to buy StatTracker. I'm using Firefox 3.0.1 and I have Greasemonkey installed. What else can I do?

Ok - figured it out - I had to have greasemonkey installed also.
Does this just give the stats of players only and not display your league's fantasy points based on your scoring system? If it doesn't do that, then it is only marginal in usefullness for my league anyway as we have way to complex scoring system.

p.s. I am using firefox.

I just installed this using grease monkey for my yahoo fantasy football and I don't see anything new on my home page! The Paid Stat Tracker is still there asking me to buy it when i click on it! I'm using Firefox 3.0.1! Any Help?

Nice script, thanks. I have no idea if this would be an easy modification/new script, but in my league we like to look at "manager skill" which we define as points scored of the players you started divided by optimal line up. Anyway to have the script pull these numbers by week???

I have installed this script but it does not work! I would really appreciate the person who made this script if they were to fix it. I love yahoo stat tracker but do not want to dish out 9.95 for it in a free league

Installed this yesterday, but it does not appear to be working.

No "Load Freebie Stats" button is appearing.

Note, IIRC, the "Load StatTracker button" disappeared sometime Sunday. Before that the "Stattracker" service was free.

FWIW, I have loaded 'butler' and it works fine ...

I have a really stupid question - where do you input these scripts? And is there a way to add HTML anywhere in the Yahoo fantasy posts or maybe other places? Also, do you need an actual server and webspace to at least get free live web-based stats for myself (or possibly also have it broacasted to my managers)?

hrmm...wouldn't it be the same as your current script? Doesn't your current script get the stats live and display them. Couldn't you add a math equation to multiply the stat that it downloads by whatever the attribute is?
