I had same problem as GrayFoxFB but if I closed all the tabs, closed the browser and reopened it it worked ok. Well that was Flock 0.7 anyway. I assume Firefox isn't going to be much different.

Tested it, the page reloads but it always says "New Messages" when there are none...
