RSS feeds are XML files. Just change the URL, thats all

Because RSS is XML, u must also set the XPATH of the element that you wanna display.
change this line...
statusText = x.childNodes[1].childNodes[15].childNodes[1].childNodes[0].nodeValue;
to point to the xPath of your RSS feed.
