Well, this script has a lot tools to download so that you can get video from youtube, and I don't know if you can convert these videos. You can download YouTube videos eaily with YouTube Downloader and Converter.

Wow, quite a bit of spam we're gathering here in the comments. Well, anyway, new version is up, it integrates better into the new youtube design. I'm not sure anyone is still using this script, but if someone is - enjoy! |

This only downloads a get_video file now - not the actual movie file. |

when i go to tools -> greasemonkey -> manage user scripts it appears there, but in the bottom toolbar (i.e. near the start bar)and right click the greasemonkey's head, it says there are no scripts installed. hurrumph |

Right after I wrote a tutorial on this for my Podcast - YouTube changed something and now it doesn't work! I'll check out the other options but this was pretty sweet so I hope you can adapt it to work again. Allison
