Hey, everybody, thanks for the great feedback!

And I'm totally okay with you sharing the link, no need to ask. :)

This does work, thanks for writing it!

To Bluetiereign change absolute to fixed if you want the arrow to stay in the same spot on the screen as you scroll but it won't change anything with the left tabs themselves.

Has anyone figured out how to get the arrow to float correctly ? When using something like google reader and scrolling down, you lose it... and have to return to the top to find it. I tried changing the position from absolute to float myself.. but it seems to reappear and then disappear to the bottom of the page..

A million thanks!! You saved my iGoogle. The sidebar totally sucks--bring back the tabs. I've never installed a userscript before, but this couldn't have been easier. I will check out your other scripts. You rock, Rockmaster!

To use this script on every site of Google (google.de, google.co.uk etc.) you should edit the URL mask to:

http://www.google.*/ig*

Oh, man, thank you so much for this script. I've got 800x600 resolution on my monitor (it's a small monitor) and igoogle's new sidebar takes up 1/4 of the screen estate without it. This is a sanity-saver for sure.

I posted a link to your script here. I didn't think to ask first, so I hope this is okay?

Thanks for working on this great script. This is so much better than the sidebar. Is there a way to change the purple arrow into a "sidebar button" placed just above RSS feeds?

I don't think it would work in Stylish, since it requires javascript. Sorry.

This is the only Greasemonkey script I use. Most of my scripts are in Stylish. Is it possible to use this script (in a modified form) in Stylish? I hate having Greasemonkey installed just for one script. Plus, I like that with Stylish you do not see stuff before it disappears, like you do with the Greasemonkey scripts.
