Added colors based on numbers for a few things.

*Overview page - added 3 colors to your unallocated land %( 0-33% Red) ( 34-69% Yellow) (70 and above Green)

I think I fixed the problem Khynezu was having with it telling you you needed -8 more lands.

Added a summary to News Page that shows your percent of the total land captured.
