If you want to have the video to start automatically, just edit the script on the top part, after the greasemonkey-stuff.
change autoPlay to true

var autoPlay = true;

I've just installed this (only for testing purposes you understand :) )and I'm having a small problem with it.

Whenever I click on play firefox crashes.

Also I have one other suggestion, could you make it automatically click on the enter button when you first visit the site?
