I applied two patches sent by Joerg Wegner:
1. SMILES searches in PubChem now go via a SMARTS substructure search
2. SMILES can now be looked up in eMolecules

Akhmad,

the version you hacked up for Konqueror support and uploaded to gudangupload.com, contains copyrighted code without a license. Can you tell me where you got that source code, and what the license is? It needs to be GPL-compatible.

I've made a mod to this script and it's now working in Konqueror using Kuskus (Konqueror UserScript). Here's modded version:
