I went through a similar experience, running Safari, but logging in to Waterhouse. When they updated the login process, suddenly I couldn't login without accepting *all* cookies. Called support for a workaround and told there was no such thing. I asked for a complaints email address and they reluctantly provided one. I had an exchange with someone in the department and at first they claimed there was a workaround. Then the later wrote to say there wasn't one. Infuriating... Thanks! I'll give you script a try... |

Whether you're using the TD Canada Trust EasyWeb Repair script or not, please consider posting here to describe any experiences you've had trying to deal with or report the EasyWeb problems addressed by this script. Given TD's stubborn refusal to provide acceptable customer service, any information you can provide might help TD victims. Non-fiction only please :-) |
