thanks for the update! spamcounthider still works still works for me as well. Is there a reason theres an extra \n inserted into line 196? I've found this extra newline annoying and always edit the script: (['p', ['sx_sg', static_part + dynamic_part]])

Hmm, tried with Spam Count Hider and it worked for me. Dylan, did you try the new version? Please, mail me if you have questions because I don't check here often.

Ok I might have been a bit premature on my previous comment, today i noticed that while i can once again access my email, i am now unable to have a random signature (its stuck on the last random signature). In other words the script changes fixed gmail, but broke the random signature script. (btw i am using firefox 1.5)

Works like a champ.
It does have some sort of conflict, however, with the script to hide Spam Count. It make Firefox throw an exception. But I can live w/o Spam Count Hider.
Thank you for the effort to make this script work!!!

Updated. Tested only with Firefox 1.5, but should work for both.

Several here have done the replacement.

That allows you to view mail and click links on the gmail page, view settings and change taglines, but it still doesn't show/change taglines.

I can confirm that replacing all "unsafeWindow.D" with "unsafeWindow.S" fixed the issue for me.

I tried the "S" replacement. No joy here.

I replaced five D's with an S.

Does anyone have another suggestion?

Change "unsafeWindow.D" to "unsafeWindow.S" seems to fix the issues the new delete button caused with this script.

I can verify that 0.1 version is broken today.

The gmail update (the new delete button) makes the script break all the scripty links on the page for me.

yes, a button or link (smthng like how it's done in Gmail Tweaks: Multiple Signatures) for next fortune would be really great.

however, for now script works fine, thank you for it :).

Reinstalled the script with preferences and it works now(Firefox/1.5 + Greasemonkey 0.6.4). I like it a lot, thanks!
Now if it would be possible to choose the tagline - e.g. some sort of link/button "next tagline" so that if you don't like the chosen tagline the script gives you a new random one. cheerz,t

If it's not working for you, please send me an email so that I can look at it. It's in the script file.

Downloaded the upgraded script this morning and it's working great! Firefox 1.5/Greasemonkey 0.6.4. Thanks for upgrading it, I really love this script!

Doesn't work for me - Firefox/1.5 + Greasemonkey 0.6.4

It allows to configure set of signatures in settings, but doesn't use them when composing a msg.

cheerz,

I updated it to Greasemonkey for Firefox 1.5. It should work on both the old and the new version. Please tell me if you see any bugs.

It doesn't appear to work with 1.5. After saving settings the sig is wiped out and none of the taglines show up in the email body.
