Updated the script to match a change in the structure of the Google Maps pages, that had stopped the script working.

Updated the script to match a change in the Google Maps layout. The script was still working, but the link it inserted was only visible if you closed the website's sidebar. Google have also changed their implementation slightly, meaning that you no longer need to drag the map before the link works.

I've updated the cache to make it a bit faster, by embedding the icon it uses into the script itself. This also reduces traffic to geocaching .com by stopping the script hitting gc every time you go to Google Maps.
