It is actually my first GM script!
Unfortunately it can't easily get faster! I am examining persistent storage to cache already scanned favorites,(and use them to enhance SU Search) but haven't tested it enough - there are currently many stray bugs.
The latest (0.5) version has two links to change to/from the older SU UI version. Exporting is faster when using the older UI so you could try to switch to the old UI during the export.

Nice! Only problem is it takes a while to export (5+ minutes)
