Version 1.1 now checks to ensure it's not doubling up on "?pageRequested=X" as noted above.

Could use extra code to avoid adding the ?pageRequested=all to links that already have it. Could cause a problem in trying to click the single page link for a story if you got to that multi-page story from another web site.
