I had 4500 friends and now since about a week ago fb have 'revived' all of the deactivated users so I'm with 5300 friends.
Have tried to use the script but it's not working.
It sometimes works when I load 1-2 pages.
Perhaps it has difficulties catching all of the pages of my 5k friends? :\

Anyone else having problems with it?

This could be down to that new "Acquaintances" list. The script wasn't working for me but then unselected the Acquaintances and Restricted lists so their members aren't protected from deletion.

Not entirely sure about it but the Acquaintances thing seems to be a Facebook-managed friends list which includes people you rarely if ever interact with.
