There is no need for this extension any more.

Firstly, all /view/ addresses are automatically redirected to /deviation/ from v5 onwards.

Secondly, you can choose to view all deviations zoomed in by default, by going to your personal settings page:

http://my.deviantart.com/settings/

Click the Browsing tab.

I created a script which does the same job, and uploaded it to deviantART on Aug 14.

I added it to /deviation/* too after installing -- it applies just as well to @include those.
