My Error:

Source: Microsoft JScript runtime error

When ever i go to install the script it fails in Windows 7 however it works fine as part of the Firefox/Greasemonky set up. Can anyone help me to get this working with Chrome again.

Just click the link and when the download appears in the download bar, open up your extensions window through 'customize and control Goodgle Chrome'>Tools>Extensions. Click 'Extensions', then just click and drag the download to the Extensions window. The normal prompt to install ICE Quick should come up. Press OK and after the confirmation that it has been added pops up, you should be good to go.
