I have a problem with this script, whenever I try reply to an email the message box will disappear and I can't type anything. However, by removing the first 3 lines of code it seems to fix it. I am not a programmer so I really don't know what I did, but hey, it worked. This is the code I removed:

var iframes = document.getElementsByTagName('iframe');
for(var i = 0; i < iframes.length; i++)
iframes[i].style.display = 'none';

The script has been updated to get rid of ads in the home page and at the top of the page. I don't really care for hotmail and it screws up with FF. So, I have it in basic mode and thought of doing something simple with the update.

ok... I had forgotten about this script so. I did add both hotmail.msn.com and mail.live.com ...

Great Script. Big FYI: also works with new Windows Live Mail once an account established. Leaves the new Mail looking very sweet. Add URL: http://by119w.bay119.mail.live.com/mail/*

Hey jeansagi, I manage dto fix the problem. The issue relied in the changes of Greasemonkey 0.6.4 where one needs to declare global variables using unsafeWindow.variable/function

Anyhow get the new update at
http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/3089.user.js

I will have a look...

BTW, FWIW I see you had some greasemonkey experience with hotmail. And given the fact (at least for me) that Brice McIver sucks *big time* maybe would you consider fixing "Hotmail enhanced" http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/909.user.js . I mean at least you read userscripts.org. J.

Well now on Jan.3-2006 hotmail goes to http://by19*fd.bay19*.hotmail.msn.com/* so why don't you better use http://by*fd.bay*.hotmail.msn.com/* ? BTW: Very clever extension.

Thanks for the optimization. It's updated now.

Change it from
http://by103fd.bay103.hotmail.msn.com/*
to
http://by10*fd.bay10*.hotmail.msn.com/*

It really works, and works well! I love it.
