I take that back.....I thought it would work but I didn't actually test it out.
Use this instead

By using this it makes you ip address anonymous thus removing the query limit.

I noticed that if you use this for a few pages, all them get defaulted as "Unsafe". After a little research I found that SiteAdvisor limits the amount of queries that an IP Address submits.

So to circumvent this I found a little work around
Replace
http://www.siteadvisor.com/restricted.html?domain='+domain+'&suite=false&premium=true
with
http://www.google.com/translate?langpair=en|en&u=www.siteadvisor.com/restricted.html?domain='+domain+'&suite=false&premium=true
