Reduced false positives (which were a problem) by only running the script on pages that contain certain key words. Also, the script can now identify 100% of PDB codes (previously it was 99%).

Bug report by Eric Martz: If the PDB code occurs within a link (myPDBcode), the link to Jmol doesn't work.
