Updated to 1.1.
The previous trigger for resetting the counter sucked, so it's now when you ascend.

Released for real now.
Features:
1) Tracks how many insults you have received, and which ones.
2) Displays this on the cove map, as part of the text of the Big Book of Pirate Insults in the combat dropdown, when you receive an insult, and on the Beer Pong step up button.
3) Automatically selects the correct retort in Beer Pong if you have it.
