The flickering images should be gone now.

The error was not caused by my script, it's just a typo in the original css file of the game as far as I can tell.

I don't know if this script has anything to with these but small box popouts and says:

TypeError: document.getElementById("citySelect") is null

Oh yeah this happens at this page: http://s2.ikariam.com/index.php

This happens quite often. When I disable this script it stops.

Hope it gets fixed.

The "messy" images that I use right now are the default images which I still haven't replaced with my script. Eventually I will swap them out with custom images of my own, so for right now I'm just leaving them as-is. I'd debating how I'm going to replace them because many people use visual queues to tell units and buildings apart.

Why not use this renders when viewing a building? link:[url]http://board.ikariam.com/thread.php?threadid=19...]

Some of the pics(the ones you saw when you click a building, upper right hand part) are a bit 'messy'

Hope I make some sense

This script will never be compatible with Animated Ikariam because eventually I plan to replace ALL of the images in the game, not just the outer frame.

but...
The graphics messed up when I used it with Animated Ikariam script

Here's a quick fix for the lower background color. Open the script up in Notepad (or Wordpad if the text is jumbled) and find this code roughly two dozen lines down:
GM_addStyle("body {background:url("+URL+"bg/background.png) repeat top center; position: absolute; color: #c3c3c3}");

Now replace it with this:
GM_addStyle("body {background:url("+URL+"hardcode/invisible.png) repeat top center; position: absolute; color: #c3c3c3; background-color: #68737d}");

That will make the background color a darker grey. You can change the last hex value in that line to whatever you'd like. The only flaw to this quick fix is that the footer image has a bar of grey around it. I may get around to fixing that tomorrow, but no promises. ;)

Impressive. I'm not sure if I like your world view redesign, but it is much cleaner. The only thing that bothers me is the light grey background on the lower part of the screen. I use Ikariam ++, and the top table gets light grey text, making it unreadable. If the background was darker, I would probably keep using this.

Also, the rowing-boat icon for tradeships isn't right. Tradeships are no rowing boats! :)

Sept. 21st UPDATE:
There have been several minor formatting fixes, plus I have redesigned the World View page with custom images for islands, ocean, wonders and resources. Currently every island looks the same, but eventually I will have variations so that the map doesn't look too repetitive.

I also fixed the missing image which shows the online status of alliance members in the Embassy. The advisor images were changed a little bit, too, so that they no longer share the same colors as Cobalt Edition color scheme.

Hi, I like your skin! it changes from the basic one imposed by the GF.
Ika becomes sharply interesting thanks to developers' disinterested contributions such as yours.
However, the skin is in conflict with the Kronos utils script for some details
would it be possible to create a kind of patch or a compatible version so to use it properly with the KU script?
thanks

Sorry guys! The IkariaMods website has changed its address, so the files are now located at another URL. The script has been updated to reflect this change, as well as a few other minor changes.

WOW !!!!!!

For permit uer to change from on to onother, simply add a control in the option page

Then save with greasmonkey function GM_ ... but i not remember the name ... , save the user choice and when repainting, use this value (read from GM prefericies and not from the option page) for aplyying styles.

Great, great, great.
