Would it be unwise/detectable to have multiple games running at the same time?

Yes, it would be unwise and I don't think this is possible.

Another question, whenever I try to send my scores recently, I have been getting the message "Score reviewed" after playing, and I don't receive any NPs. Later, TNT sends me NMs saying that my score has been successfully reviewed and I am awarded the NP. Does this mean that they are detecting that I am cheating?

This message means you had your score reviewed.
You probably are using it with non-avatar flash games and/or wrong scores/times.

...or you've sent very high scores for the highscore table/trophies, maybe?
if they review your score and it was successfully reviewed, it means you got lucky and they DIDN'T catch you.. otherwise you would be frozen by now. but you should probably check the way you're using the script, because if your scores get rewviewed all the time, like w35l3y said, you're probably
1. not using it the right way or
2. using it very very obviously....

Someone should write up a guide to this because I am confused on what some stuff means, like what is the "mod score?" and what is the deal with checking the encryption checkbox? What does that do? It also would be really cool if someone would post the times that they use that are reliable for the games. Hmmm....

there are several threads on that, you just have to look around on the forums a little.

mod score: depending on the scores you can actually send in the game (see how some games only have scores that end in even numbers, or 5, or 0)
