I just fixed two bugs, thanks to pile0nades.

Check it out: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/9490

Hey I modified this script and added a duggback link.

Ugh! disregard that last comment. The error wasn't coming from add mirrors. It was coming from comment helper. :( Sorry for the misreport!

Oops, one more thing...

Please consider adding an @exclude http://digg.com/api/*

to your script. If you don't exclude api pages, you get JavaScript errors when a page has a digg this widget. (or at least that is what I saw..)

This is a very useful script.
A user of my "Add Digg Control" (ADC) script mentioned that it didn't work 100% with your script so I just took a look at it.

I found that if your script is installed after ADC (in other words, comes after ADC in the manage scripts list) then your coral and google links will be properly instrumented for ADC. Since the duggmirror link is created by your script in a different way, it wasn't instrumented.

I decided the easiest thing to do was to explicitly support duggmirror.com pages.

Anyway, just thought I'd comment here since it involved an interaction between our two scripts.

Thanks pile0nades, I'll add these as soon as I can.

The script adds an extra set of links after the MY#1 button because it is being included in the xpath query for links in the h3.

To fix it, add a "[1]" at the end of the xpath query. That will select only the first link in the h3, which is the title.

Also, on the submit page, the preview of the digg story at the bottom, the mirror buttons look messed up.

To fix that, add "padding-bottom: 0px;" to the 3 "sam_backgroundimage"'s. Then it will look right.

Love it. But since Digg implemented "+My #1" feature, the mirror links/icons are all messed up. Any idea how to fix this?

Updated to use the DuggMirror thanks to LouCypher.

Here: diggaddmirrors.mod.user.js, using duggmirror instead of mirrordot.

The mirrordot does not work. Perhaps it would be better to add duggmirror.com instead?

I got this to work in opera 9.0 tp2 as well as opera 8.5. Simply make a Jscript folder in opera directory then download the first one, after that download the script above here.

The one below allows greasemonkey scripts to be compatable with opera.

Dude, 8090 still works though.

this needs to be modified for the new port 8080.

Thanks for your nifty script and for being the impetus for me to make my own digg script. :)

Can someone explain to me why a mirrordot link is included in this script? Mirrordot doesn't even cache digg-linked pages, so what's the point?

see my script if you are in alexadex http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/3233

Whoops, I meant
http://cc.msnscache.com/cache.aspx?q=2763664880...

Justin Goldberg User

Can you add MSN Cache to it? Sometimes it can have more up-to-date pages that aren't in the google cache
as an example:
