If you're using a dev version, can you try the latest stable normal version?
I've not that issue ever. but i always use the stable versions of chrome of course, don't request me to add compatibility with beta versions of the browser...

i don't know, if i knew that and was a MWAddon cause, i was fixed it then.
I've never got those issues.
Are you using stable version of your browser?
