(remake of the Ikariam Notebar) A tab at the left side, when you mouseover it, it's a notebar. Can be used anytime, anywhere.

Increases the time limit of the "Typing Speed" application from 30 seconds to 90 seconds, allowing the average user to get a much greater, but still realistic, score.
