Denies all facebook requests on button click

The scripts adds a link "(ignore most)" on the request panel on the right side of the screen. Clicking on it will ignore all application invitations, but not touch group invitations, detail requests and any other type of request.

Invites your friends to the app if they've already allowed the app access. Bulk add new friends. Adds bulk request buttons in the requests page.

Adds checkboxes to each request and a big accept button allowing you to accept them all at once
