Scripts tagged invitations

The scripts adds a link "(ignore most)" on the request panel on the right side of the screen. Clicking on it will ignore all application invitations, but not touch group invitations, detail requests and any other type of request.

Adds a select box with pre written comments, inviting the photo owner and viewers to join your groups.
