Change Gmail's UI Font

Replaces corrupt and jumbled Helvetica fonts in Firefox. Removes all instances of Helvetica and replaces with Arial by replacing font tags with a CSS-styled span.

Font replacement: Simsun -> Yahei (for Simplified Chinese), Mingliu -> Jhenhei (for Traditional Chinese), Mincho/Gothic -> Meiryo (for Japanese), Courier/Monospace -> Consolas (for programmers!)
