Add Markdown support to textareas

Replace the scary-red "private" message, file, todo, comment and writeboard images with their somewhat less scary default colour imagery, with a prepended red (P) blob.

Adds the option to hide dashboard announcements within Basecamp. The announcement panel remembers when it has been zipped up but will open up again if the contents of the announcement gets changed, so you don't risk missing anything.

2006-07-20: Removes the extraneous spacing in individual to-do items that causes the second line not to line up with the first (when wrapped).
