Adds a toolbar above the Runescape game window which allows you to quickly check a players level in a particular skill without having to navigate to the Hiscores page of the Runescape website

Removes the NavBar on top of the window so that the runescape HD applet occupies the complete window(instead of leaving a black space with the NavBar on top)
