Script Summary: adds some crucial functionality to Ninite batch download page (ninite.com)

adds the currently missing "check all apps" and "download all apps at once" options to ninite.com, hence saves you from clicking 50+ checkboxes :-) I know it's ugly - but it gets the job done.
written on and tested with Opera 11.50/WinXP but it should work in other browsers/platforms as well.
