Script Summary: Enable desktopNotifications in chrome just like googlemail

This little userscript enables desktop notifications for twitter's page very much the same way as in gmail.
This script works exclusively only in Chrome / Chromium and has been tested on ubuntu.
On 1st startup it will ask for permission to enable notifications, which will force chrome to ask you again. Once both questions were completed, every status update ("12 new tweets") will be presented to you in a small notification window. If the window is clicked, the main twitter tab becomes focused.
As long as the twitter.com homepage is focused, it won't start a popup.
