No Facebook Applications
Removes non-basic Facebook applications from other people's profiles
Prevents Facebook from becoming MySpace by removing all of the non-core applications from everyone's profiles. To see them on your own profile, add your profile URL into the exclusions.

Reduced memory load, faster load times.
*Update June 14, 2007*
Rewrote the code a few times to find these revised version. The original would run into problems when profiles had more than one application on them. This new one is more effective. Will revise later to speed it up.
*Update October 1, 2007*
Rewrote the means of selecting which applications are bogus by adding a whitelist after facebook changed their naming system.
*Update October 2, 2007*
Added a "show apps" link to the top menu that changes to "hide apps" if you click it, which adds and removes applications without reloading the page.

Updated to fix the bugs with also removing the wall. |

I wrote an updated script to remove profile apps. http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/11992 |

All of a sudden, this script blocks me from seeing any profiles at all. |
|
|
The script worked great for a while, now I can't post on my friends' walls unless I add their page to the excluded list. It forces me to see their applications, which defeats the whole purpose. |
