Basecamp: Replace Event Text w/ Image Bugs
Replaces event text on the Dashboard & Project Overview pages with the previously used image bugs. Also incorporates the Private bugs created in a previous script.
Notes
* Images are embedded using URI, removing the necessity to download.
* Updated to include Private Completed To-Do items.
