This is the style modification I use on Facebook. There are probably many others like this one, so take it or leave it.

Installation
Firefox: Make sure you have the Greasemonkey extension installed. You will then be able to load this script by clicking on "Install" above.
Google Chrome: Install the Blank Canvas Script Handler extension. You will then be able to load this script by clicking on "Install" above.

- Fixed bad include statement that caused it not to load in Greasemonkey
