Script Summary: Adds access keys to YouTube.
Version: 0.04
This script gives keyboard shortcuts (which differ based on web browser and OS; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_key#Access_... for more info.) to the following YouTube features:
search (/)
comment on the current video when on a video page or on a video's "see all comments" page (c)
like the current video when on a video page or on a channel page (l)
dislike the current video when on a video page or on a channel page (d)
go to the current video's "see all comments" page when on a video page (t; think "talk")
play next playlist video (If not using a playlist, plays the first video of the "Watch Later" playlist) (j)
play previous playlist video (plays last video of playlist if on the first video) (k)
Only tested in Safari and Chrome on Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard, but this simplistic code should work smoothly anywhere. Questions, feature requests and any other kind of feedback is welcome. :)
If you happen to be using YouTube's HTML5 player (http://www.youtube.com/html5) and are looking for more keyboard shortcuts, I suggest you take a look at DaVince's script, "YouTube HTML5 Player Improvements" (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/95415).
Changelog
0.04 (5/24/2011): Using the shortcuts for the Like and Dislike buttons now enable use of spacebar for page navigation immediately afterwards.0.03 (5/22/2011): Playlist buttons should work again.
0.02 (2/18/2011): The "see all comments" access key would open a video's video responses page if it existed. Should now be fixed. Thanks DaVince for pointing this out.
