Script Summary: Add a select-box for the hl parameter on google result pages.
On google result pages, this script adds a select-box to change the language code (hl parameter), on next to the search button.
It makes a shortcut to foreign googles, an easy way of <http://www.google.com/language_tools>.
By default, language code list is long, You can modify the list array on the source code if desired. e.g.) var list = ['en', 'ja', 'xx-hacker']
