Script Summary: Hides/unhides a user's posts in PHPBB3 boards
This currently :-
allows you to set users to blocked by clicking the cross by names - reload page to enforce.
shows a banner instead of post, with a click to show/hide
shows a banner instead of quotes, with a click to show/hide
Note:
To remove user from block list, show a post and re-click the cross by their name
